Toyota and Louisville Metro partner to improve the city’s Fleet Maintenance Yard

The Louisville Metro Government identified the city’s Fleet Maintenance Yard as an area of opportunity for a “continuous improvement initiative”.
For three months Toyota’s support center staff donated time and expertise to help make the changes happen, resulting in:
- 37% reduction in vehicle backlog
- 75% reduction in repair time
The fleet repair team gained valuable tools to increase their efficiency, which got their vehicles back on the road faster.
