The Power of Continuous Improvement at Lifesharing – Process Palooza 2021

In the first session, you will hear from Lifesharing, a Southern California organ and tissue recovery non-profit organization, applied process improvement efforts to increase the number of lives saved within San Diego County, and despite the challenges of COVID-19, helped transplant a record 424 organs. The speakers were:

In the next session, Laura Esserman, M.D. founded the UCSF Carol Franc Buck Breast Care Center with a simple goal in mind: streamline the process, and reduce anxiety, for women undergoing breast cancer treatment by bringing all services under one roof. The speakers were:
