State of Nebraska Increase New Business Website Traffic by 27%

The State of Nebraska identified the need to improve the process for people setting up a new business, so they launched a Six Sigma Black Belt project.

  • Phase 1 of the project was setting up the code for the website to have all the links and functionality
  • Phase 2 of their implementation has already lead to a 27% increase in unique hits to the website.
