The Humane Society for Greater Savannah was able to save thousands of dollars in operating costs and boost their animal adoption rate. By tracking every animals’ progress through each stage of the adoption process, and holding their staff accountable for the length of time spent at each stage, they were able to reduce the average length of stay from 45 days to just 6.6 days.
With the leadership of CEO William Brown III, they were also able to reduce personal expenses by 34.89% from August 2017 to last month.
