Implementing “Lean Six Sigma” program in the City of El Paso

City of El Paso employees have embarked on a new training program that has saved hundreds of thousands of dollars while creating a better work flow for City staff and the residents of El Paso. It is a combined approach, using best practices from Lean and Six Sigma, called Lean Six Sigma.

This video explains the Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt and Green Belt programs, and what staff and employees think about the training.
