Episode 31 of Gemba Academy is an interview with Hollie Jensen and Darrell Damron. Both Hollie and Dan work in the Washington State Governor’s Office implementing lean practices (called Results Washington), and serving as overall continuous improvement advocates. They will discuss some of the many ways lean can be used in government work, and how it differs from the private sector. They also discuss the Lean Fellowship program, how other states are pursuing lean journeys, and personal productivity habits.
