A major National Health Service (NHS) Trust was not operating to its full potential and the goal was to improve compliance through leaner processes.

Following an in-depth analysis of the system and end-to-end process reviews, a 12-month roadmap for significant improvements was devised.
They improved the quality of data capture, trained the trade staff and upgraded their systems.

At the end of the year their objectives had been achieved: the introduction of an improved Planned Preventative Maintenance schedule to the hospitals and more accurate reporting of statutory compliance.
